Our fast paced home care company has an immediate need of an organized and detail orientated Full time  Scheduler to join our administrative team. We staff non-medical caregivers in homes all over Greensboro providing care ranging from 4 hour increments to 24 hours a day coverage. We are looking for an individual to join our team with these skills: 
  • 2-3 years experience with home care scheduling REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • critical thinking and logistics
  • Ability to work Independently REQUIRED
  • Ability to answer phones and detail messages
  • Efficient organization skills REQUIRED
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to Coordinate schedules and communicate with caregivers and clients
  • Ability to take call weeknights and weekend rotations REQUIRED
  • Ability to work as a caregiver if necessary for call-outs REQUIRED
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • ERSP software experience a plus
  • Work in a team environment
Requirements include a minimum High School diploma and some college preferred. MUST be a CNA or skilled PCA and have knowledge of home care industry AND at least 2 yrs scheduling experience in homecare. Must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean background. Full Vaccination required.  Compensation based on experience and skill. Full Time. 
RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to:
  • answer phones in the office
  • coordinate service for clients staffing appropriate caregivers
  • work call outs in the field,   if necessary
  • maintain caregiver records of availability
  • Use eRSP software to record client information as well  as caregiver information
  • manage call outs and staff appropriately
  • take call weeknights and weekend rotation answering phones , troubleshooting problems, and staffing when necessary
  • coordinate assignments for caregivers publishing schedules a month in advance
