Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
  • Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or home health preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
