- Provide care and companionship to the agency’s clients in accordance with the care plan and client service agreement
- Assist client with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner
- Perform light housekeeping as required
- Meal preparation
- May be required to take client to appointment or run errands
- Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year
- Paid drive-time plus mileage reimbursement between two clients on the same day
- One week of Paid Time Off per Year
- Sunday Premium Pay: $2 over your regular rate (some restrictions apply)

- Holiday Pay (1.5x your regular rate) on nine holidays annually

- No professional caregiving experience needed, experience as a caregiver in a home care setting a plus
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
- Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Must have basic cooking skills and be able to follow a recipe
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently
