starting salary $16.50 


 Monthly Bonus Incentives-
1 $300 bonus-Heart of Gold
2 $150 bonuses-Picking up 3 or more shifts
2 $150 bonuses-Perfect attendance
 
Staff can win Bonuses all at once and more than once.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs personal care and patient-specific activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
  • Help with patients personal hygiene care 
  • Assist with dressing 
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
  • Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping activities
  • Assist with the prescribed range of motion exercises
  • Assist with blood glucose monitoring
  • Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle and active auto insurance is required
  • Access daily to email, internet and cell phone
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis
 
Compensation: $16.50 - $30.00 per hour
