We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers, home health aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide non-medical home care to our clients in the Lansing, Howell, Brighton, and South Lyon areas.

FirstLight Home Care is a lifeline and peace of mind not only for seniors, but for anyone over the age of 18 who needs extra assistance.

Home Health Aide responsibilities include:
●      Providing companionship and conversation
●      Preparing and serving meals
●      Help with bathing, grooming and incontinence care
●      Light housekeeping and laundry
●      Shopping, errands and transportation
●      Other duties as assigned

For the role of personal caregiver or on-call caregiver, you must: 

●      Be at least 18 years old
●      Be able to lift 25+ lbs
●      Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle
●      Be willing to work one weekend shift a weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend
●      Be able to take and pass a drug test and background check

Please note, some clients can only be matched with certain genders as prescribed by legal, federally recognized identification as part of a bona fide occupational qualification. 
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
