As we take on these unprecedented days together, we are in need of caregivers to care for our most vulnerable population. During this time of crisis, no experience of certification is required, we will train you on all you need to know. We have a protocol in place to address and manage the risks and spread of Coronavirus. We do provide masks (N95 if needed), gloves, hand sanitizer, a shield (If you want one), and gowns to ensure you are as safe as possible in their homes.

FirstLight Home Care is a lifeline and peace of mind not only for seniors, but for anyone over the age of 18 who needs extra assistance.
Home Health Aide responsibilities include:
● Providing companionship and conversation
● Preparing and serving meals
● Help with bathing, grooming and incontinence care
● Light housekeeping and laundry
● Shopping, errands and transportation
● Other duties as assigned
For the role of personal caregiver or on-call caregiver, you must:
● Be at least 18 years old
● Be able to lift 25+ lbs
● Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle
● Be willing to work one weekend shift a weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend
● Be able to take and pass a drug test and background check
