Job Description Brief Summary:The Director of Recruiting is primarily responsible for actively managing and executing the recruitment process for Touching Hearts at Home by seeking quality candidates for all open caregiver and administrative positions. The person in this role should be a friendly, professional representative of the company with an outgoing personality and positive attitude. This is a full-time position. Travel may be appropriate. Physical demands of this position are representative of typical office work, no unusual heavy lifting required. Qualifications:Associates Degree or higher preferred
Experience in talent acquisition, preferred but not required
Experience in recruiting and support positions a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Clear Care
Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive, professional business image
Competencies shown with health care laws and standards, i.e: companion caregivers vs. CNA
Ability to remain flexible and resilient with ever changing schedules
Previous experience in Home Care a PLUS!Main Functions: Recruiting of caregivers and key office staff
Screen applicant calls and provide routine information on open positions
Monitor employer portals at MyCNA, Indeed and others
Conduct personal reference checks
Review and analyze resumes
Search job board websites for qualified candidates
Actively manage and recruit to fill open positions
Conduct pre-screen phone interviews and schedule candidate interviews
Comply with all company policy and procedures
Provide timely feedback on trends, challenges and opportunities in recruiting
Help build a database to provide temporary placement services to other healthcare organizations
