1st Choice HomeCare is a non-medical state licensed homecare company specializing in helping individuals "live independently in their homes" by providing caregivers to perform daily tasks as well as ADL's. We are client centered focusing on creating care plans that encompasses a holistic view of the client and implementing care plans with qualified and dedicated caregivers. We are locally nurse owned and operated, affording our caregivers and staff alike the benefit of continual clinical support and guidance.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our non- medical in home care team. Full-time or part time with flexible schedule.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a case manager for Clients
  • Conducting client assessments in the field and developing a care plan
  • Re-assessments of clients
  • Review of caregiver documentation
  • Client file audits
  • Planning and conducting staff orientations and continual education.
Skills preferred:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience preferably with Home Care
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Licensed registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Valid North Carolina drivers license
  • Passion for Senior Care
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
