- Acting as a case manager for Clients
- Conducting client assessments in the field and developing a care plan
- Re-assessments of clients
- Review of caregiver documentation
- Client file audits
- Planning and conducting staff orientations and continual education.
- Minimum of 3 years experience preferably with Home Care
- Proficient computer skills
- Licensed registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Valid North Carolina drivers license
- Passion for Senior Care
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
