Our staff nurses coordinate the client's service plans, work with hospice teams and families, and also ensure you get the proper training and experience you need to be a successful caregiver.
Caregiver job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Personal Cares/Activities of Daily Living
- Medication Reminders/Administration
- Transferring/Stand-By Assistance
- Companionship
- Meal Preparation
- Transportation/Errands
- Light Housekeeping
What we offer:
- 1 on 1 client/caregiver relationships.
- Full-time and part-time openings.
- Paid training with experienced caregivers at $10/hr.
- Competitive pay! $16.00 - $17/hour, depending on experience and certification.
- Wage increases based on performance.
- Flexible hours! We can offer 1-12 hour shifts, depending on client needs.
- 24 hour need for caregivers: day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available depending on client needs.
- Paid online training opportunities.
- Direct deposit for bi-monthly paychecks.
- Mileage reimbursement for travelling between clients in the same day.

Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and up-to-date car insurance.
- Must be willing to drive up to 30 minutes to a client’s home.
- Active CNA license is a plus, but not required.
- A servant's heart and a passion for our golden age community.
